Deleting Your Data

This page explains how to have your account and personal information removed. We honour this request from anyone who has an account with us.

Request deletion

Email info@LoudounOneVolleyball.org from the address on your account with the subject Delete my data. Tell us which account to remove and, if you have more than one, which family members it covers.

We will confirm within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What we delete

Your account, the link to your Google login, your profile details, and any contact messages or mailing list entries tied to your address.

What we may keep

We keep records the law or our insurer requires us to retain, such as signed waivers and payment records, for as long as required. These are kept only for that purpose and are not used to contact you.

Removing app access

You can also disconnect this site from your Google account directly, under Security and then third-party apps. That stops future sign-ins but does not by itself delete data we already hold, so email us as well.
